Apple juice is loaded with vitamin C which keeps the outer layer of skin glowing and fresh. It also has many other benefits such as it improves your complexion, hydrates the skin, offers protection from UV rays, works as a natural toner and keeps your skin supple.
Coconut oil supports your skin’s protective barrier layer by trapping moisture inside keeping skin supple and hydrated. Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties, making it good for reducing inflammation. Coconut oil also provides antioxidants and boosts nutrients and collagen production to minimise the signs of ageing.
Castor oil contains triglycerides which help maintain moisture in the skin, making it a useful treatment for dry skin. Castor oil also has humectant properties, which keep the skin hydrated. The antioxidants in castor oil prevent the skin from getting affected by free radicals.
