PATCH Expiry Dates Extended
PATCH, the innovative plaster company from Australia, is proud to announce an increased shelf life for all of its products in Europe. Due to the success of annual regulatory tests, the expiry date on PATCH has increased year on year with each production run. As a result, some PATCH tubes with an expiry of 02/2022 were re-stickered to 02/2023, and later on, re-re-stickered to 02/2024 when PATCH was awarded a longer shelf-life by European regulators.
This is a significant milestone for PATCH and its retail partners, who have been instrumental in enabling the company’s success. Regardless of whether your PATCH tubes state EXP 02/2022, 02/2023, or 02/2024, the true expiry for all of these is 02/2024, ensuring that PATCH plasters remain sterile when stored in normal household conditions.
Packaging
Patch tubes are made from recycled cardboard. The outer cover of the bandages is supplied as a biodegradable film. The back paper is paper which will break down.
The bandage itself is made from 100% certified bamboo fibre and mineral based Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) will all break down and compost.
The colouring on all the Patch products is natural!
